The website is intended solely for your personal non-commercial use. Any use of our website and its content for purposes other than personal non-commercial use is prohibited without our prior written permission.

Website Use

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the goods and/or services. When you place an order you will be required to provide details to enable us to fulfil and delivery the order to you.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. The equipment you use to view our website may impact on the display of our products. We do not guarantee that the colour, texture or detail of the product shown on your screen will accurately reflect the actual product.

Measurements provided on our website site are approximate only.

The website is provided for our customers to buy or find out more about our products and services. Products displayed may not be available in all physical stores or available to purchase through our website.

Some products may only be purchased from our website and may not be available in our stores.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or limit the number of products customers can purchase in a single transaction.

Pricing & Promotions

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). We have made every effort to provide accurate pricing information on our website. In the event of a pricing error on our website, the inaccurate price will not be honoured at our physical stores and we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed on our online store.

Graeme Johnson jewels and time Ltd reserve the right to change any aspect of our product information at any time without notice.

Promotions: Promotions are available only while stocks last. Discounts are off the regular retail price and not available in conjunction with any other offer. These may replace other offers. Accessories used in photographs are not included in the price and colours may differ slightly from online images. Promotions exclude gift vouchers and clearance items. Some items may not be held in store and may require a waiting period for delivery.

Clearance: Clearance offers are available only while stocks last. Stock is strictly limited. Pricing reflects the clearance price (prices as marked), no other discount applies. Clearance offers are excluded from any other promotion.

Stock Availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability in our physical and online store. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase at our physical stores or online.

Acceptance of Orders:

Dispatch of orders is subject to stock availability, and you will be advised if a product is unavailable.

Delivery

We only supply to New Zealand addresses. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery date.

Order Cancellation

Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change or cancel any aspects of your order. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment of the order. In order to protect our customers and services, we reserve the right to cancel orders or request other methods of payment for orders received.

General

We reserve the right to remove, suspend or make changes to our website at any time, without prior notice.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility that you check to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions.

Shipping Locations

We use Courier Post to deliver from Whangarei to Invercargill. Their ‘target delivery time’ is overnight by 9am to a business city address.  Or over night ,by 5pm to a city residential address.  Rural delivery is available. This can take 3-5 working days. This is due to the fact that the item is passed on from Courier Post to NZ Post for delivery. For more information on Courier Post’s services, please visit their website: www.courierpost.co.nz

Delivery Policy

Our target delivery time is overnight with delivery to a city business address by 9am, or to a city residential address by 5pm.

We endeavor to get items out to you as soon as possible. With orders that are received before 2pm, going out same day.  If your order is urgent, please let us know.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to organize a preferred resolution.

As the couriers only collect Monday to Friday, any items ordered on Friday (after 2pm), Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday. All deliveries are automatically insured up to the value of NZ$10,000. If your order is over the value of our standard insurance, we will contact you to discuss options.

Your order will be sent out in a fully trackable, overnight courier pack and a signature is required on delivery.  So please ensure someone is at the address to receive the package.  If not, a Card to Call will be left for your collection of the item.  If your package is not received within 7 working days, please contact us immediately so that the item can be tracked.

Refunds & Return Policy

At Graeme Johnson jewels and time Ltd we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us

We always endeavor to supply our customers with the item as it is described on our site. However, if an item arrives to you in an unacceptable condition, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

We will then agree to accept the return of the item, once we have received the item back at our store, we can make an assessment on the item. From here, either of these outcomes can be reached;

If it is a manufacturer’s defect – the item will be covered by the warranty.

  1. Therefore the item will either be repaired or if this cannot be done,
  2. It will be replaced with another one of the same model, or
  3. If there are no more of that item available, a full refund, or store credit will be given to the customer.

The 14 Day Right of Exchange

You can return the item to us to either exchange or hold a store credit.  The Freight payable for the return of the item is to be covered by the  customer

This is providing that the item is still in it’s original condition when purchased  (ie Brand new)  Once the item has been worn, it cannot be exchanged.  We are unable to sell used items, therefore we will not accept any item that shows any indication that it has been worn.  In these cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

The item must be returned in it’s original box and packaging, including original tags,  instruction booklet, warranty and original receipt

On arrival, all returns need to be checked by ourselves

The Exchange or Store Credit will be of the same price value of the amount paid on original receipt

The Store Credit will be valid for one year from date of credit.

An Exchange or Store Credit will not be issued if it has been longer than 14 days since purchase of the item.
